Retail Sales Return and Refund Policy


We stand by our product and want our customers to be satisfied with their Pavilion purchase.

We understand that there are situations in which you may need to return your purchase. Please use the following guidelines to determine your next steps.

If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase:

We do allow product returns if you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase.

In order for your return to be processed you must complete the following requirements:

  • Submit your return request within 15 days of receipt.
  • Email [email protected] with your order number for a return authorization.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
If your return adheres to the requirements listed above in our return policy:
  • You, the customer, is responsible for return shipping. We suggest returning via trackable common carriers.
  • You will be refunded the purchase price, minus shipping.
  • The returned product will take 7-10 days for the refund to be processed.

What if I receive something damaged or defective?

We are sorry that your order was not perfect. Our customer care team will do everything it takes to make you happy. Please contact Pavilion Customer Care at 1-888-762-4457 for a Return Authorization Number and product replacement, credit, or refund. We are available Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or by email at [email protected].

Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to process credit/returns once received.
